Cameron Park – Duplex & Subdivision
This smartly designed dual key home features two fully self-contained dwellings under one roof, making it an ideal choice for both investors and multi-generational living. The property is finished to a high standard, with features that perfectly suit first home buyers seeking value and quality. Upon completion, our client successfully rented both dwellings for over $1,600 per week and achieved an impressive equity growth of $440,000 — a testament to thoughtful design and strong market performance.
Fletcher – Double Storey house
This architecturally designed 4-bedroom home features a modern open-plan layout, premium inclusions, and a full turnkey finish — perfect for a growing family. Thoughtfully built across multiple levels, the design makes full use of the land’s natural fall and optimises the northern elevation for natural light and energy efficiency. This project involved the subdivision of a corner block into two lots, each featuring a custom-designed 4-bedroom home. Approved under Complying Development (CDC), these homes were strategically designed for optimal value and liveability. Upon completion, the owners achieved an impressive equity boost of $400,000, reflecting the strength of smart design and strategic planning.
Thronton – Subdivision into 3 Lots & 3 x 4 Bedroom Houses
This project involved the subdivision of a corner block into three lots, each featuring a custom-designed 4-bedroom home. Designed to maximise land utility and profitability, the homes were tailored specifically for a developer client seeking efficiency and value. Our team was entrusted with full control over the design and material selection process, allowing us to streamline every stage of the build. From DA preparation to completion, the entire project was delivered within a remarkable 10-month time limit — including 4 months dedicated to documentation and council approval. The client was thrilled with the outcome and speed of delivery.
